When will I get my refund ?
In case, you receive a defective/damaged product or a missing item, you can write to us at help@buykaro.com attaching the legible images of the product and describing the problem faced with the product delivered along with the Order ID. After reviewing the Email, we shall within 7 (seven) business days take our call to accept or decline the refund request. The refund shall be credited back to the original payment method used for purchase of the product originally within 7 (seven) business days.
