Item(s) from my order(s) are missing/damaged. What should I do?
You must write an Email at help@buykaro.com within 3 days of delivery of the product, attaching legible images of what has been received and describing the problem. We shall after reviewing the email, provide a resolution with 7 (seven) working days from the date of receiving the Email.
You can opt for an exchange and if the same product isn’t available in the inventory, we shall automatically initiate a refund and the refund shall be credited back to the original payment method used for purchase of the product originally.
