Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you have the option to exchange the product received if the product delivered is damaged or defective or has a missing item or with any other anomality. You can write to us within 3 (three) days of delivery of the product at help@buykaro.com, describing the problem faced with the product delivered along with the Order ID & legible images of the product.
In order to exchange the product, the product must be unused and must be in the original condition in which It was received. You become ineligible to exchange the product after 3 days have gone by from the delivery of the product.
